Package Bros operates Blookverse and is the data controller for personal data collected through it. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect and why

• Account details (username, display name, password) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract.
• Game data (nicknames, scores, wins, tokens, Blooks, designs) — to run games, leaderboards, and your collection. Legal basis: contract.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser info, usage logs) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the game. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to help you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

We don't collect email addresses for standard accounts. Payment details are collected directly by Paddle, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host and run the service;
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing;
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants;
• Authorities, where required by law.

Your username, display name, and win total may appear on the public leaderboard, and nicknames are visible to other players in a game.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active, and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. Game records may be kept for a limited time for leaderboards and security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and save guest progress on your device. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear this in your browser settings, though you may be signed out or lose guest progress.

Children

Blookverse is used in classrooms. We collect the minimum needed to play, and no email is required.
