Blookverse is operated by Package Bros ("we", "us"). When you use Blookverse you are entering into an agreement with Package Bros. By using or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Blookverse is an online quiz game where players join live or solo games, earn tokens, and collect characters ("Blooks"). Tokens and Blooks are virtual items for use in the game only, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

Accounts

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property, including in Blook designs or question sets you create;
• interfering with security — malware, probing, scraping, cheating, or circumventing limits;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.

Your content

You keep rights in designs you create. You give us a limited licence to host and display them only to provide the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Ownership

Package Bros owns the service and its intellectual property, including software, artwork, and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep Blookverse running well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. When access ends, your account data may be deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
